The following is a list of violations and their associated fines
- Parking, noise, Litter in yard and dog litter -Fine $50
- Late Payment of Assessment – After 30 days -$ 50 after, 60 days and above $75-$100
- Move out yard debris/ waste – Fine $200
- HOA charge for cleanup of yard litter – $1500 + Dumping Fee $450 the charge will be billed to the owner of property
- Grass cut – 1 notice will be mailed out after 2 weeks 2nd notice will be mailed 30 days there will be a $50 fine and added on to your assessment.
- Assessment 25% late fee added to amount owed
- No signs are allowed to be posted on the mailboxes or poles, fine $25
- Fences pickets knot out by residence residing in KMCA will be fine $50 dollars or owner of property.
- On inspection all blue garbage can must be put on the side of the home not in the front of the yard. Resident will be given a 1st warning, 2nd warning $30 billed to resident or owner of property.
- Heavy trash is on every FRIDAY, only put the trash out 2 days prior to heavy trash pickup. If trash is put out prior to 2 days, HOA will contact resident and/or if not fine.
- All trash can must be removed off the street and stored away by 8:30am the next morning after garbage pick-up
- All landlord(s) and management companies must register their renters with the Association before move-in or within 5 business days after move-in a $15 penalty will apply each day the renter is not register.
- All homes that are occupied by renters their doors (front/ back) must be painted black. If not apply $75 each month.
- No Commerical vehicles are allowed to park in the driveway or on the street curb, Fine$50.
