HOA Board Members:

Since the transition in board leadership on July 5, 2024, the Kenswick Meadows Community Association HOA Board has achieved significant milestones. This was despite challenges, including delays in obtaining critical documents and financial records. These delays impacted our ability to address certain legal, financial, and operational matters promptly. However, the board has successfully completed several important initiatives, including:
 Replacement of community fencing
 Resolution of legal matters
 Mailing of assessment notifications
 Addressing violation concerns
 Managing taxes
 Development of KMCA Website
 Resolving other essential community issues

Mission:
Our mission is to enhance and preserve the quality of life and sense of community through
effective and efficient management of the association. We aim to enforce Association rules, By-Laws, and the Declaration of Covenants to preserve property values while supporting initiatives
and capital improvements for the greater good of the community.

Vision:
We envision a considerate and respectful community that offers an inspiring lifestyle, high
quality of life, and a desirable place to live, fostering connections among family, friends, and
neighbors.

HOA Objectives:
 Make responsible decisions to serve as good stewards of the Association’s funds and
assets.
 Uphold the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs), as well as the Kenswick
Meadows Community Association Rules and Regulations, with fairness, ethics, and
objectivity to represent the interests of all homeowners.
 Treat all issues brought to the Board with respect, ensuring resolutions and responses are
clearly communicated, whether verbally or in writing, to affected parties.
 Provide an accessible HOA website for the community, featuring the Declaration of
Covenants, Articles, By-Laws, Kenswick Meadows Community Association Newsletter,
rules/policies, online payment of assessments and a list of community violation fines.
 Conduct regular violation patrols within the neighborhood.
 Foster volunteerism by encouraging member participation and community service.
 Evaluate all issues based on their alignment with the Association’s mission, vision, and
values, rather than individual interests.

We remain dedicated to serving the Kenswick Meadows Community by promoting its best
interests and addressing the needs of all members effectively.
